Stick with a drill and screws. Just use something like a knife to pry it and the 3M high bondage stuff comes loose. I actually ordered a second one before I found out this lock is a total failure so I'm going to return that. Sure, it's just stuck onto the glass and side of the fridge (or in my friend's case, the glass and top of the fridge), but it's pretty sticky stuff. The intent is just to keep the babysitters or nosy kids out of it - not to stop burglars or someone really intent on getting into the fridge. So keep in mind who you're keeping out before rating this poorly. For what it is, it's the best available. If you want to keep actual thieves out, you should be buying a fridge with a lock built-in.
